Goal: We want to understand more about you as an individual & understand your deep passions.
• Background: We would love to understand why you want to build this specific product.
• Product Vision: How do you envision this product to fit in the market place
• Goals: What are your 0-3 month goals? What are your 5 year goals?

STEP 1: CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT

Goal: Understand the problem you are solving
• What’s the Problem: We work together to understand your customers and their problems
• Interviews: Together, we will conduct in person interviews with your target customers
• Mockups: Our team will create mockups based on your feedback in which we can present to your target customers

STEP 2: USER EXPERIENCE

Goal: Design a product that addresses your target customer’s problems
• User Analysis: Understand how the user will use & interact the product
• Interface Design: Design a beautiful product.
• Front End Development: Build out the product into HTML / CSS.

STEP 3: DEVELOP PRODUCT

Goal: Build an easy to use, interactive & responsive product
• Tech Project Management – We manage the project from end to end while keeping you updated continuously.
• Programming – The hardcore build of the product
• Quality Assurance – Together we test the product, to make sure it’s bug free
• Deployment – Publish!

STEP 4: FEEDBACK & ITERATE

Goal: To understand how your customers are using your product in the real world
• Gather feedback: Together, we will pull in feedback from real customers
• Analyze feedback: Create data points where we can analyze what we can do better & improve on
